Cancellation Policy
 

1. Cancellation of Bookings
 

1.1. Cancellation of any booking will only be effective if prior written notification is provided by the client.

 

1.2. If notice of cancellation of a booking is received by Anne-Marie Lucas Editing Ltd (and subject to the provisions of clause 1.3 below):
(a) less than 7 days prior to the scheduled start time of the booking, the booking will be charged at 50% of the full rate;
(b) less than 48 working hours prior to the scheduled start time of the booking, the booking will be charged at 75% of the full rate;
(c) less than 24 working hours prior to the scheduled start time of the booking, no reduction will be made, and the full rate will apply.

 

Anne-Marie Lucas Editing Ltd also reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total value of the booking for bookings of more than one (1) month in duration that are cancelled within two (2) weeks of the start date of such bookings.

 

1.3. For the purposes of invoicing and cancellations, Anne-Marie Lucas Editing Ltd reserves the right to treat as a single booking:
(a) bookings made up of consecutive days; and/or
(b) bookings spanning several consecutive weeks but not on consecutive days.

 

Rescheduling:

• We are happy to reschedule your booking, provided we are notified at least 7 days in advance and subject to availability.
